The candidate must possess the following set of requirements;
- AT LEAST two years of experience in a busy human resource department.
- AT LEAST a diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Proficient in both English and Swahili language (written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- A quick learner who is self-motivated with the acumen to follow instructions.
- Has a good ability to multitask.
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular).
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.

Key roles and responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of content management systems
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time

Key roles and responsibilities
- Promoting and identifying new clients by introducing and presenting the company’s products, building up relationships, generating sales, and growing revenue portfolio
- Conducting online Marketing and advertisement
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company, its services and products
- Maintain vast knowledge in the sector
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations and demos to clients and prospects
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and emails
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Provide market feedback through reports on; customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Explaining complex information to customers in a way that is easily understandable
- Keeping customers updated and informed about new products and services and improvements on the existing ones
- Preparing and updating customers’ contact information, communications and records
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
